At least that is the mentality we have when we work on any project.  In short, we put our full creative talent and every necessary resource into every project we choose to take on regardless of scope.  Every studio / ad agency has a design process and philosophy behind their business.  It is quite necessary that the process compliment the philosophy and vice versa.  Although the scope of a project may change as the project develops, we have established a solid process for delivering consistent results which, so far, has thoroughly satisfied every client we have had the pleasure of working with.

Develop a client relationship.  We believe that every successful project begins with understanding our client and establishing a professional relationship which will allow the project to be completed in a timely and satisfying manner for all.  Establishing the appropriate "go-to" contacts and understanding as much as possible about a client / organization allows Theorem44 to effectively communicate and deliver outstanding results.  We are part consultants, part designers, and thourough listeners.

Define the objectives / audience / deliverables. Every project, regardless of scope, requires the definition of objectives, audience, and a list of anticipated results.  Theorem44 listens to your needs and assists to develop a target audience for which the project will align itself appropriately.  After defining the objectives and audience, we provide a list of results...which is why you have come to us in the first place!  We want you to feel confident in our abilities and how we will achieve your objectives long before we discuss dollar signs.

Determine the present condition.  How does one move effectively from point "A" to "B" if he/she does not know where he/she currently stands?  Very simply put, we help you determine your "point A" and create a process to get you where you want to be.

Discuss necessary resources.  Once the project objectives, audience, deliverables and present condition have been discussed Theorem44 will determine which technologies and people will be appropriate to complete your project effectively.  We refuse to waste your time and/or money while making guesses halfway into a project.

Create a project scope and timeline.  We now have the information and resources we need to provide you with a realistic scope and timeline for your project. If the timeline needs to be adjusted to meet specific deadlines we will work hard with you in order to provide a more appropriate timeline without compromising quality.

Keep the client aware.  Part of developing an initial relationship with the client is to allow for open lines of communication as the project moves forward.  We want to keep you informed and allow for interaction throughout the duration of the project to be sure we are consistently meeting your objectives every step of the way.  We desire your full satisfaction at any given moment while working with you.
